Are you kidding me!?! What an ass hat! seriously who says that. The "just adopt" comment is bad but who compairs dogs to children???? I mean if someone's child died would he say to them "Just get a dog to replace him" NO! becuase that is stupid!
Sorry for ranting. People are such idiots at times. I am sorry you had to deal with that. ((((((HUGS)))))
We have two dogs, and I was once asked by a colleague "why don't you just get another dog? Taking care of a puppy seems like a good replacement". I almost punched her in the face.
I would have slapped him. Please tell me you slapped him.
